Tea Story

This wonderfully exquisite premium-grade Oolong tea hails from the mountains of Taiwan, and is one of it’s most celebrated high-grown teas.

Lovingly created using only the very finest leaves, this exceptional tea offers a deliciously golden-yellow liquor with the most wonderfully clean, milky-sweet flavour.

Imparting the usual delicate apricot notes which are so distinctive of Taiwanese high-mountain Oolongs, this naturally sweet and buttery tea offers the most refreshing and satisfying infusion, which can be enjoyed at any time of the day.

Ali Shan is the best

Having visited Ali Shan a couple of times, waking up early to catch the sunrise from the mountain view... and having tried the Ali Shan Oolongs at tea shops nearby, I can assert that this Ali Shan Oolong from The Tea makers doesn't disappoint. It's on par with good quality Ali Shan Oolongs that you could purchase in Taiwan. It's the classic Ali Shan smooth and creamy aroma and wonderful gentle taste. If you can't get to Taiwan soon, then is where to get it.

It's worth serving it proper Chinese/Taiwanese tea ceremony manner - so that you appreciate the heavenly aroma.

One measure in a tea pot is good for 4 or so refills of hot water. Doesn't get too bitter when left stewing for a long time.
