Tea Story

Milk Oolong tea originates from Taiwan. The tea has a small pearl-like or curl shape and imparts an unusually creamy tea liquor. Oolong tea is traditionally created using a unique process of withering the tea under strong sunlight before oxidation of the dried leaves. The tea is then twisted into little curls and pearls.

The leaves are very delicately processed to enhance the wonderful milky fragrance of the liquor. And with a soft, creamy flavour, an abundance of natural sweetness and very little astringency, this is a very popular and appealing tea.

We have packed the same Oolong tea into our biodegradable triune teabags as you'll find in our loose leaf caddies, so you can now enjoy the loose leaf experience with the convenience of a teabag.

Ingredients - Taiwanese Oolong tea and flavouring.

Information for tea connoisseurs

This exquisitely delicious Oolong tea is meticulously harvested from high-mountain Jin Xuan tea bushes in Taiwan. Renowned for their sturdiness, the bushes yield a wonderfully robust leaf, which imparts a delightful texture in the mouth.
