A great way to try Pu era, some of which are very good and others which may be an acquired taste

Deep earthy back tones
Thursday, 15 November 2018  |  Jeremy

I have tried 3 samples so far, It has deep earthy back tones, different to normal black teas, I would suggest an acquired taste.

Cup of Pu erh as an after dinner treat instead of a good brandy
Monday, 8 October 2018  |  Peter

It was a risk ordering tea I'd never heard of before. It's not cheap and could taste terrible. Those packets I have tried I've enjoyed drinking. I like strong tea with a firm taste and this does it. One thing I'm not so keen on is the smell of the brewed tea. Described as like 'leather', to me it's more like stale urine. I have a cup of Pu erh as an after dinner treat instead of a good brandy.
