Undelivered and unresponsive
The parcel hasn’t arrived yet after almost a month and the customer service team isn’t even responding to help track delivery status.

Loose tea hamper
The kit was well put together and the recipient loved the glass tea timer. Sadly one of the teas that was shown on the website was changed and it was one that was specifically wanted.

Tea review
It is for a present so recipient has not received it yet. Only thing was the outer box it was delivered in got knocked about a bit so items had moved around.
