Set this gorgeous, full-bodied Cornishware Pottery Teapot in the middle of the table and we challenge you not to be cheered! A timeless piece, made to a hand-painted, striped design originally inspired by the wide Cornish skies, this generous teapot is sure to become a family favourite.
There’s plenty of room in the belly of this 1400ml teapot for infusing even the largest whole-leaf teas, but we love using it to brew all the classic black loose-leaf teas, from Assam to Earl Grey.
The famous Cornishware striped pattern was pioneered by Derbyshire pottery T G Green & Co in the 1920s. Updated in the 1960s, Cornishware continues to be much loved today as a British design icon. With matching teaware available (see below), this teapot is the perfect starter piece for your Cornishware collection. Alternatively, you could make it a bold centre point for brightening up plain white ceramic teaware.
Pretty yet practical, this ceramic teapot is dishwasher and microwave safe. Perfect for perking up your kitchen shelf or dresser, or as a gift for a lucky loved one.
Fired clay ceramic with a non-porous glaze.

"Ordering service, packaging, delivery and quality all first class"
"Love this teapot , I have wanted one for ages and got it as a surprise present off my hubby .It is of good quality and makes a lovely pot of te.It looks wonderful next to my collection of cornishware and I'm sure we will be back to add more to it."
"I have always wanted a Cornish ware teapot and have never really got round to buying one, I was delighted to see the the large teapot in red, I thought it was very different and that's what appealed to me, it is absolutely huge and does make a nice cup of tea. It is made in England and stamped with it too, although a little pricy it is worth every penny as the teapot has the feel of just being made for you. I highly recommend buying this product and others they have in their range too!"
