Q&A

I love the tea infuser but I am struggling to empty the used tea in it for my next cup. Under the tap doesn’t work as the water runs through the holes! Do you have any suggestions?: Hello, thank you for your question. Hopefully the below steps will work for you as this seems to be the best method clearing tea leaves out of the scoop. When the leaves are still quite fresh (a couple of hours after brewing), they should hopefully come out fairly easily. If you remove the scoop part, close the bottom of the infuser with your thumb and run a little bit of water through the top of the infuser, then shake the infuser gently, the remaining leaves should loosen. If the tea leaves have dried , you should be able to shake the dry tea leaves out then us the above method which should soften and loosen the leaves. Sometimes a small bottle brush can help dislodge any leaves that might be a bit of a challenge to remove I hope this helps, Pease let us know if the above worked for you.
