Use these quick steps for an ideal infusion: 

  • 1 to 1 ½ teaspoons (2–3g) per cup 200ml of fresh filtered water 

  • 200ml of fresh filtered water at 80°C 

  • Steep for 2 to 3 minutes 

Dragon Well green tea is ideally brewed in a glass, porcelain Gaiwan or traditional Yixing clay teapot to fully appreciate the leaf and infusion.

Hello. I am interested in buying a tin caddy PLUS additional packet of tea to place in the caddy after the candy's original contents have been used. Could you pleasectell me the capacity of the empty caddy so I know what size additional bag to buy alongside it. Thank you
The amount of tea which the caddy holds does depend on the type of tea that it is filled with due to density / weight of the leaves. With the Organic Dragon Well, the leaves do almost fill the caddy (100g) . Our pouches are resealable so any larger pack purchased can be resealed and stored until needed.
