Ordered this via express delivery, sent fast but didn't receive what I ordered, support doesn't remember what I actually ordered and cannot tell me where the rest of my order currently is.

yes it infuses but lots of the tea leaves go through the holes so you have a lot of tea leaves in the tea. Beautifully packaged and presented.
