European deliveries
Currently, there are some delays with sending parcels to EU countries from the UK. This is due to the UK leaving the European Union. We will keep you updated with any notifications as they happen.
Please note that a tracking number is not provided for EU Standard deliveries.

Update on Shipping to U.S. Customers
Due to recent regulatory changes introduced by the U.S. FDA (effective from 1 September 2025), all tea and food-related shipments to the U.S regardless of value are now require detailed FDA clearance.
As we work to align with these new requirements, we’ve temporarily paused shipping to the United States. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We’re actively working on a compliant solution and hope to resume service to the U.S. soon.
